The person who helped us get a 2025 almost brand new gore runner was absolutely amazing. Super fun helpful and honest walked us through everything this was my first major purchase and I was so nervous. He made us feel like family easy to talk to and everything. Got us the best deals and set everything up for us. I forgot his name but his email is Jtanaka. Tell him he’s got 3 solid customers now. I’m recommending this place to everyone I know looking for a car

I purchased a car after my old car fell out on me. I was in a real bind. I needed a car for work. Car charges were adding up... I didn't have the capital. I was screwed. I had to explore my options....and I am forever thankful for doing so! Everyone on both sides of the house, from Service to Sales, pointed me into the right direction. I was able to get a loan through their Sales Department , wrapped my repair payment into the loan as a 5 year unlimited warranty (parts and labor) swap, and was able to drive off in a newer vehicle (2021) at an affordable price and monthly payment plan. We hashed out every scenario possible with patience and honesty. Thanks to the professionalism of every member of Karmart Team...I am a believer in miracles. Take a chance on Karmart...it was worth it for me!

Mahalo nui, KarMART, for such a great car buying experience! I’m so thankful to have worked with Scott Piano. He was transparent about the vehicles I looked at and the entire purchasing process from start to finish. He was always happy to bring out the cars I wanted to see, and I never felt like I was bothering him with questions or requests. He gave me the time I needed to make my decision and never made me feel rushed. Once I was ready, Scott worked quickly with Ben, the desk manager, to get the paperwork prepared. During the review, Scott made sure I understood each section before moving on, which I really appreciated. What really stood out to me was the team dynamic at KarMART. You can tell the staff genuinely enjoy working together, and that made the whole experience feel easy, welcoming, and full of aloha. While Scott and Ben finalized the paperwork, Toshi took time to walk me through the car’s features, and Scott did as well. They also explained the service process, which made me feel much more comfortable and confident driving off the lot. Overall, it was such a positive experience. I thought I had a wonderful experience. I even left a 5 star review on here the day I bought my car. Bought my first car at 19 years old. Brand new 2025 Jetta straight off the lot. 5 months later… my transmission fails. My transmission has to be completely replaced. Who knows how long it will take them to do it, it took them a month just to tell me that the transmission was failing and needed to be replaced. Long story short. I’m paying 500 a month for a car that is in a shop. I bought a brand new car just so I can be stressed and depressed. I’m supposed to move off island at the end of May with my brand new car to finish college but instead I’m scraping money so that I can hopefully afford a rental. If I could go back I would RUN as fast as I can away from the damn lot. A lot of people will be nice when they are making money for it. But then when your screwed and broke they point fingers. Dont be naive like me.

Working with Scott was nothing short of a perfect first time car buyer experience. Amazing and friendly customer service is a given when working with him, but what I truly appreciated was his transparency. He laid it all out, informed me of exactly what the process was, and when I walked in to sign those papers, he made it so much more understandable and clear. Justin did a great job in breaking down the features of the vehicle and ensuring that I was knowledgeable of my vehicle. My entire experience was an easy 10/10 and when that time comes....I'll be back!
